Job Description:
Support a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, create a welcoming
environment, and effectively communicate with guests and teams. Key
responsibilities include quoting accurate wait times, recognizing
VIP guests, and demonstrating a working knowledge of reservation
systems. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of guest-facing
experience, a passion for hospitality, and English fluency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
--- Quote accurate wait times
--- Recognize VIP guests
--- Act as a liaison between guests, management, and teams
--- Demonstrate a working knowledge of reservation systems
--- Coordinate with management to optimize bookings and cover
counts
**Requirements:***
--- 2+ years in a guest-facing restaurant role
--- Passion for guest experience and hospitality
--- English fluency, additional languages a plus
