Key Responsibilities:
- Front-of-House Operations: Oversee and manage all aspects of
front-of-house operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences
in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train floor staff to uphold
service standards and provide attentive service to guests.
- Guest Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and
professionally, enhancing the guest experience through effective
problem resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with kitchen and
bar teams to coordinate efficient service and ensure timely food
and drink delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory and supply levels,
working closely with the back-of-house team to maintain readiness
for service and special events.
- Service Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize table
turns and improve the overall dining flow.
- Operational Analysis: Analyze daily revenue and operations
reports to identify improvement areas and coordinate with upper
management on staff scheduling and adjustments.
- Shift Closure: Close shifts efficiently, ensuring all closing
tasks, reconciliations, and end-of-day reports are completed
