Job Description:

We're seeking compassionate Home Health Aides and Personal Care Assistants in the Manhattan area to provide exceptional care to our clients. As a Premier team member, you'll play a vital role in helping clients stay safe at home.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure patient safety.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to medical personnel.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Requirements:
  • Certified Personal Care Assistant (PCA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA)
  • Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
  • Ability to cook simple meals and perform light housekeeping duties as needed.
  • Satisfactory completion of New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or equivalency
  • Adequate literacy and simple arithmetic skills
