Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Client Associate to educate
referral sources and expand the client base.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities with
referral sources
Maintain relationships with Case Managers to support business
goals
Manage leads and guide them through the onboarding process to their
first caregiver visit
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
One to two years of experience in sales or customer service;
healthcare sales experience preferred
Experience with Medicaid, Waiver, and Home Healthcare preferred
