Specialist-Business.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across
business functions
Create innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and
qualified talent
Lead the offer process and negotiate with candidates and internal
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full cycle in-house recruiting experience, preferably
in a fast growth technology organization
Proficient with ATS software and recruitment tools, such as Lever
and LinkedIn Recruiter
Experience in sourcing for senior level roles using various
techniques
Proven experience in moderately complex negotiations
Strong project management and organizational skills
