A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success -
Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Onboarding Managers to ensure successful client
onboarding and optimization
Oversee the client lifecycle phases, ensuring smooth transitions
and achievement of client goals
Develop and maintain documentation for best practices and conduct
monthly client training sessions
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Onboarding or Client Success experience
3+ years of start-up or health tech experience preferred
2+ years of people management experience
Experience in an enterprise client-facing role
Marketplace experience preferred
