Our AI-first product is being used by several of the top 10 global PE and consulting firms, saving an average of 10hrs per diligence per week. Our product works by ingesting raw audio and constructing a unique knowledge base & graph that supercharges deal teams by significantly reducing admin overhead and surface richer insights. Role Description

  Design is the most challenging and interesting part of our business - this is a B2B product w/ B2C clarity and beauty in the design.
  
  
• 
  As our first design hire, you'll have the unique opportunity to:

  Work on groundbreaking projects involving AI, LLMs, and more (see examples below)
  
  
• 
  Collaborate closely with our external partners to fuel our growth
  
  
• 
  Contribute to product decisions, direction and prioritization
  
  
• 
  Shape our company culture
  
  
  Sample set of projects (completed & in the pipeline)

    First of a kind human-in-the-loop UI design elements to guide LLMs

    About You
    
    • 
      
    • 
      We're looking for product-minded designer who:
      
      
    • 
      Has exceptional sense of taste and judgment
      
      
    • 
      Based in NYC - huge bias for IRL work
      
      
    • 
      Can code
      
      
    • 
      Have experience leading projects end-to-end and taking ideas from conception to execution independently
      
      
    • 
      Are opinionated about their work and eager to contribute to product decisions
      
      
    • 
      Have strong communication skills and a desire for a client-facing role - as a small team, we expect that everyone will be working closely with our external partners
