Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Product Development Specialist
(Genetic Testing, Rare Disease) to oversee the design and
implementation of new products in their rare disease portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the product development lifecycle, ensuring compliance with
regulatory standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine product offerings
and develop go-to-market strategies
Conduct validation testing processes to ensure products meet
quality standards and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Genetics, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or
a related field
5+ years of experience in product development or management within
the genetic testing or biotechnology industry
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and regulatory
requirements
Experience launching genetic testing products from concept to
market
Familiarity with FDA IVD product development plans and submissions
preferred
