Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Advisor I to manage
maintenance repairs and vendor negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
Authorize mechanical repairs and ensure safety-related repairs are
completed
Negotiate repair costs and manage client authorization limits
Document transactions and follow up on down vehicles and pending
transactions
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
One to two years of automotive experience or equivalent technical
education
ASE C1 certification and one of the following A4, A5, A6, or A7
within the first 12 months
Fleet industry experience is a plus
Some college education preferred
