Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Revenue Operations to
optimize revenue processes and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue operations for
scalable growth
Lead the optimization of tech stack and systems for lead management
and sales forecasting
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and
opportunities for revenue optimization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or
advanced degree preferred
8+ years of experience in revenue or sales operations, with 5 years
in a leadership role
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and revenue
recognition principles
Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, particularly Salesforce and
NetSuite
Experience in building and mentoring high-performing teams
