A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert for a workplace
harassment awareness program.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive curriculum content on workplace harassment
prevention
Design interactive learning activities, including scenario-based
exercises
Ensure legal compliance with federal and state laws related to
workplace harassment
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in human resources, employment law, or a related
field
At least 5 years of professional experience in human resources or
employment law
Deep understanding of federal and state laws regarding workplace
harassment
Experience in designing and delivering training programs
