Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Branch Efficiency Specialist to
enhance operational efficiency and support project
coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex job coordination and scheduling for installation and
inspection appointments
Collaborate with Electrification Managers to improve cycle time and
customer satisfaction
Identify areas for process improvement and support special
initiatives, including product rollouts
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of project administration or field construction
experience
Experience in customer communication functions, including call
center expertise
Ability to create dashboards and reports in relevant software
Strong leadership or management skills
