This position will be responsible for providing CNC machine setup on 3-axis and 4-axis Haas and Doosan machining centers, along with operating and performing quality inspection for the machined components. What will you be doing? This position will be a key member of our Milling Department. Duties include: Independently be able to set-up 3-axis and 4-axis CNC mill machines Work with Quality Control department to produce in-process inspection documents Perform 1st article inspection of parts coming off new set-up, teach operators how to inspect Strong experience interpreting blueprints, knowledge of GD&T Knowledge of cutting tools, along with feeds and speeds Maintenance knowledge and abilities helpful, for Haas and Doosan equipment What skills will the ideal candidate have to be successful? This position will require the following skillsets and experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machining. Must be a team player, able to multitask and prioritize accordingly. Basic PC knowledge required, (MS Outlook, Excel, Word) Must be able to work in a physical capacity, lifting and moving heavy objects. High school diploma required, college or trade school degree beneficial, but not required. Mechanical inspection, using bench top tooling, CMM helpful.
