Job Description:
A company is looking for a Travel Generalist to join their team
on a contract-to-hire basis.
Key Responsibilities
Assist travelers with travel arrangements through phone support
Handle booking, ticketing, exchanges, and refunds for various
travel services
Perform administrative tasks and maintain travel activity
records
Required Qualifications
High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
5+ years of travel agency experience, preferably in a CTD
environment
Sabre GDS experience required
ARC certification preferred
Experience with MS Office applications
