Range: $53.19 - 55.19 per hourWe are seeking experienced Digital
Campaign Managers to help build and execute our client's
advertising solutions, leveraging proven strategies for both
conversion and brand-building. In this role, you will report to a
Senior Manager, Campaign Management Lead, and use your 3 years of
experience in digital campaign execution to plan, manage, and
optimize omnichannel ad campaigns.As a Campaign Manager, you will
oversee the successful delivery of revenue generated by the Sales
team, including both managed-service and self-service campaigns
across all media products. You'll be responsible for end-to-end
campaign execution - from strategic planning and setup guidance to
pacing, optimizations, and performance reporting.This role requires
both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll interpret
client marketing objectives, map them to actionable media tactics,
and help deliver measurable outcomes. As a subject matter expert in
media planning and audience strategy, you'll also serve as a key
resource for clients and agency partners, hosting regular office
hours and providing optimization best practices.
Responsibilities:Lead strategic planning and execution for both
managed-service and self-service campaigns, acting as a
consultative expert.Serve as an internal subject matter expert in
media planning, audience strategy, and ad platform
activation.Represent campaign expertise in client and agency
meetings, covering media tactics, stewardship, and platform
execution.Demonstrate knowledge across a variety of media types,
including paid search, programmatic display (onsite/offsite),
sponsorships, CTV, social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok), digital OOH,
and in-store activations.Align media strategies with the purchase
funnel to meet awareness, consideration, and conversion
goals.Collaborate with Sales and Account Management to develop
data-driven media proposals.Lead strategic initiatives that impact
Campaign Management and cross-functional teams.Share campaign
performance, insights, and recommendations in stakeholder
meetings.Identify incremental revenue opportunities through
campaign analysis, testing, and seasonal planning.Partner with
Media Insights to analyze performance and generate
insights.Maintain best practices across the campaign lifecycle,
ensuring accurate setup and quality assurance.Build strong internal
and external relationships through excellent client service.Work
with cross-functional partners to traffic campaigns across various
ad environments (onsite, offsite, social, search, in-store,
etc).Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing,
Journalism, or related field.3 years of experience in digital
campaign management, media buying, or optimization across platforms
such as search, programmatic display, social, or network
media.Strong understanding of digital media metrics (CPM, ROAS,
CTR, CPC, etc.) and data analysis.Proven client-facing experience
with the ability to assess risks and develop solutions
proactively.Eagerness to learn new platforms and media types while
applying critical thinking.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
evolving environment and navigate ambiguity.Strong communication
skills, both written and verbal.Project management expertise with
the ability to handle shifting priorities.Solid grasp of both
traditional and interactive media planning principles.Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (pivot tables, analysis), PowerPoint
(visual storytelling), Outlook, Word.Experience with tools such as
Salesforce, JIRA, Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.Preferred
Qualifications:3 years of experience managing or advising on
digital campaigns across display, video, social, search, and
experiential media.Deep programmatic advertising experience,
including familiarity with DSPs, DMPs, and ad exchanges.A proven
track record of developing campaign strategies that influence
advertiser investment in our client's media and advertising
