Job Description:
A company is looking for a North America HUB Training and
Development Analyst to manage training data and support development
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain training program data, ensuring accuracy and
integrity
Analyze training data to identify trends and prepare reports for
decision-making
Oversee training management systems and support the development of
training materials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources,
Education, or a related field
3+ years of experience in Training and Development and data
analysis
Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power
Platform)
Experience with learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone
On Demand
Strong organizational and time-management skills
