Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Delivery/Implementation
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Nurture existing customers to increase adoption and expansion
through technical strategy
Conduct requirement gathering sessions and configure the Gainsight
platform according to business needs
Establish rapport with clients and manage expectations throughout
the implementation lifecycle
Required Qualifications
1-8 years of experience in Professional Services or Enterprise
product implementation, preferably in SaaS
Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (1-4 years)
Understanding of Web services, APIs, and Webhooks
Experience managing enterprise software application implementations
using waterfall and agile methodologies
BA/BS degree or equivalent
