Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal SaaS Architect to lead the
development of innovative solutions within the Genesys Cloud
ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Define, design, and deliver innovative solutions and products using
Genesys Cloud
Lead the integration of cloud, digital, data, and security
architectures into the Genesys Cloud ecosystem
Oversee multiple SaaS projects simultaneously, ensuring successful
execution within time, budget, and scope
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Cloud Solutions Architecture, Software
Engineering, or IT consulting
Deep expertise in the Genesys Cloud ecosystem, including Architect
Flows, Data Actions, and APIs
Experience building and implementing AI-based solutions within AWS
and Google
Strong understanding of cloud platforms, digital ecosystems, and
cybersecurity frameworks
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field
