Job Description:
A company is looking for a Prophet 21 Functional Analyst to
support the implementation and optimization of the Prophet 21 ERP
system.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing P21 implementations for newly
acquired locations
Gather and document business requirements, translating them into
functional specifications
Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to
ensure proficiency in P21
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business
Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, preferably with
Prophet 21 ERP systems
Strong understanding of distribution operations and supply chain
processes
Experience in training and user support is a plus
Familiarity with SQL and reporting tools is advantageous
