Job Description:
A company is looking for an Electrical Services Coordinator -
Mid-Level - Buildings - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage scheduling and dispatching of field technicians for customer
issues
Order and track parts and sub-contractors for maintenance and
service
Utilize the SAP service platform for work order management and
logistics support
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or state-recognized high school
proficiency exam
3 years of experience in customer service call handling and
dispatching
Legally authorized to work in the United States without company
sponsorship
Technical degree or Associate's degree preferred
SAP experience preferred
