Job Description:
A company is looking for a Money Customer Support Analyst for a
temporary remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Track and triage customer issues to enhance onboarding and
retention for Bill Pay
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map, quantify, and track
top call drivers
Audit customer support infrastructure and develop a response
playbook
Required Qualifications
Experience in SaaS companies, Fintech, and/or Customer Support
Strong project management skills
Demonstrated ownership and initiative to drive performance
results
Excellent organizational skills to transform ambiguous data into
actionable insights
Analytical skills with attention to detail
