Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead HVAC Engineer to design and
troubleshoot HVAC systems for various facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC systems, including commercial, industrial, and
laboratory ventilation systems
Perform design calculations, develop detailed system designs, and
prepare technical specifications
Support project managers and clients in the planning and
coordination of facility engineering work
Required Qualifications
BS in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
Ten or more years of relevant HVAC system design experience
Proficiency in TRACE 700 or 3D+, AutoCAD, and Microstation
Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes and standards
Experience in preparing HVAC studies and coordinating detailed
design phases
