Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merger Solutions Analyst responsible
for developing and supporting integration solutions for M&A
activity.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and maintain requirements from stakeholders and convert
business objectives into technical requirements
Identify enhancements to integration solutions and processes used
for M&A
Maintain and expand knowledge in the merger and acquisition process
and evaluate new technologies
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Computer Technology or a related field
Certifications such as MCP or MCSE preferred
Ability to work independently or as part of a team effectively
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Knowledge of Professional Services/Accounting software and business
practices preferred but not required
