Constellation ABA is seeking a Full-Time BCBA to work on our school-based therapy team.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  
• Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) BCBA certification in good standing
  
• Licensed Behavior Analyst- Connecticut
  
• Experience working with children with disabilities
  
  Responsibilities:

  • Ongoing case management
    
  • Treatment plan development
    
  • Direct supervision of BTs/RBTs
    
  • Communication with staff & parents
    
  • Training staff
    
  • Data evaluation
