Title: Senior Manager / Director of Merchandising Location: New York, NY (In-office Monday–Thursday, WFH Friday) About the Role: We are seeking a highly strategic and entrepreneurial Senior Manager / Director of Merchandising to lead global merchandising across all brands and sales channels. This leader will be responsible for building and executing merchandising strategies that drive growth, enhance the customer experience, and deliver strong business results across all sales channels (DTC, Amazon, Retail). You will play a critical role in shaping product assortment, seasonal strategies, and go-to-market plans while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners in marketing, eCommerce, retail, and product development. This is a high-visibility role with a direct impact on revenue growth and brand positioning globally. Key Responsibilities: Partner with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align assortment planning with customer insights, brand vision, and financial goals. Own seasonal line planning, pricing, and product mix strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and brand equity. Build frameworks and reporting for sales forecasting, SKU productivity, and inventory optimization. Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends in beauty and cosmetics to inform assortment and strategy. Lead, mentor, and develop a merchandising team (scope depending on seniority of hire).
